My Background…
LPS was built from a combination of professional experience in residential development and a personal passion for property investment.
With a background as a Quantity Surveyor for a residential developer, I have been involved in managing developments from the early stages through to completion, gaining practical experience across costs, construction, contractors and project delivery.
Along the way, I have built a strong network of trusted industry contacts and developed a detailed understanding of what it takes to deliver a successful project.
As a property investor myself, I also understand the process from an investor's perspective, allowing LPS to combine commercial knowledge, construction experience and an investor's mindset when sourcing and managing opportunities.
Our Approach…
At LPS, our approach is built around the numbers, not gut feeling.
We provide detailed financial analysis on each opportunity, considering the purchase, renovation costs, projected yields, rental potential, timescales and potential returns before making a recommendation.
We also take the time to understand each investor individually, adding their requirements to our investor directory, including preferred areas, budget, investment strategy, risk appetite and timescales. This means that when an opportunity comes along that fits your criteria, we know exactly who it may be right for.
For some investors, our involvement can end with sourcing and presenting the right opportunity; for those looking for a more hands-off investment, we can also provide full renovation and construction management through to completion.
